These poles are very comfortable to hold and move. Adjusting to your correct height is super simple and they hold up well to the heavy weight of the hiker.

I’ve had these poles for about two weeks now. They were very easy to set up with the instructions provided. I’ve used them on three occasions since i received and found them to be lightweight but sturdy enough to suppoort my 250 pound frame. Handles fit my hands nicely. Very pleased with them.

These poles are replacing some from another company, that sent very annoying vibrations right up my arms and into my neck and shoulders….they were terrible…
But the Montems are great….I am not a hiker, but I have had 4 foot surgeries and have trouble with balance, so I use these to steady myself when walking for exercise….I find that I can walk faster and I feel more in control…no more wobbling las if I’ve just had 3 martinis..!!
The quick release hand grips are perfect…easy to use….so far I am very pleased..!!
